Welcome to Muse Collective — we're excited to have you as part of our curated designer community! By applying to join Muse Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. PLATFORM OVERVIEW

Muse Collective connects customers with independent fashion designers offering custom and/or ready-made (wholesale) products. The Platform currently serves as a discovery and connection tool during its MVP phase, and may evolve over time.

2. APPLICATION REVIEW

We are currently in early access and carefully curating the first group of designers on the platform. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified via the email you provide if selected to move forward.

3. REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES

By applying to be listed on our platform, you confirm that:

• The information you share in your application is honest, up-to-date, and accurate.
• All images, designs, and content you include in your portfolio are your own work or you have the rights and permission to use and share them.
• You are authorized to represent and sell your brand and products, and you're responsible for any claims related to ownership or originality.

4. USE OF SUBMITTED MATERIALS

If accepted, images and brand content submitted through the application or onboarding form may be used to create your designer profile on the platform and may be shared on our website and social media channels to promote your work (with appropriate credit).

5. NEXT STEPS

If approved, you'll receive additional onboarding details, including how the platform works, how customer inquiries are handled, and future monetization models. You'll also be asked to accept updated designer terms before going live on the platform.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time with notice to participating designers. Continued participation after the update constitutes agreement to the new terms.
